Rates and availability

Rates and availability may change until your reservation is confirmed. Review your dates, guest count, currency, fees, taxes and final total before submitting payment. France stays are charged in euros; U.S. and St. John stays are charged in U.S. dollars.

Payments and confirmation

Payments are processed through Stripe and managed with your reservation in Guesty. Review the payment schedule presented for your stay before booking. A quote alone is not a confirmed reservation. Keep your reservation reference and confirmation email.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 5 days before arrival for a full refund. The deadline is five days before the scheduled check-in time in the property’s local time zone. A full refund is not guaranteed after that deadline; contact Bijou about your reservation.

Your stay

Review the property’s guest capacity, house rules, check-in and check-out instructions before booking. Contact Bijou before requesting changes to dates, guests or other arrangements.
