How we research our guides

Bijou Getaways publishes travel planning guides for the destinations where we offer homes. These are editorial suggestions, not independent reviews of our accommodation.

Sources and recommendations

We link to tourism authorities, public agencies and the businesses or attractions discussed. Use those links to confirm current hours, tickets, menus and reservation conditions. A recommendation does not mean the author has personally visited a business. We do not present researched information as first-hand experience.

Publication and review dates

A publication date records when an article was published. A source-check date applies only to the answer or section marked with that date. We do not automatically change dates to make older advice appear newly reviewed.

Property facts and booking

Property identity, capacity and amenities come from our connected Guesty catalog. Property or resort addresses include information supplied by Bijou. Resort amenities and access can differ by unit. Availability, final prices and reservation conditions must be checked for your selected dates before booking.
