This air-conditioned retreat is housed in a meticulously restored 17th-century building, offering a perfect blend of classic charm and contemporary flair. We've enhanced the space with modern finishes and high-quality materials, creating a tranquil sanctuary that exudes comfort and style.

- A quaint mezzanine bedroom with a ceiling height of about 4 ft, featuring two single beds that can be easily combined to form a king-size bed. Note that standing upright in this area is not possible due to the low ceiling.

- A sofa bed in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to four guests (2 in the sofabed and 2 in the mezzanine)

- Portable air conditioning to ensure comfort no matter the weather.

- A cozy indoor electric fireplace for enchanting Parisian evenings.

- A hairdryer and external security cameras for your safety and convenience.

- The entire condo has been fully renovated, showcasing luxurious marble tiles on the walls in the bathroom and warm Parisian hardwood floors in the living room for an inviting atmosphere.

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:

• Damaged Towels: $200
• Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 3 PM): $200 per hour
• Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
• Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
• Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night

Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

Important Check-in Information

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, all guests are required to select one of the following options before check-in:
Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly.
Option 2: $129 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
These options will be available after booking through our online check-in form. This must be completed prior to check-in to receive your access details.
